Apple A Day Supply are teaming up with local primary schools in Wiltshire and BANES to raise money and awareness for CLIC Sargent. The charity provide emotional, financial, clinical and practical support to young people and their families from diagnosis of cancer to post treatment. They really make a tremendous difference to the life of young people and their families affected by cancer.
To raise awareness and money for CLIC Sargent, Apple A Day Supply has joined forces with some of the schools that they work with to take part in Wig Wednesday on the 21st of May. They are inviting any primary school in Wiltshire or BANES to be involved. As two teachers, they realise that events such as these can often mean to a lot more work for the teachers, so Apple A Day are making it very easy for their schools to take part by providing resources, plans and organising the event for them.
Gemma Hector one of Company Directors, has also registered to be a bone marrow donor in hope that one day she can help save a life of someone with blood cancer.
Apple A Day would be really grateful if anyone can make a donation to this great cause. No matter how small, every penny will help. To donate, please visit http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=appleadaysupplyclic
It just takes a few CLICS!
