Tradewind Recruitment
Tradewind Recruitment was thrilled to be involved in supporting the inaugural National Supply Teacher Week. All of our offices (London, Birmingham & Manchester) got on board to acknowledge, celebrate and reward our hard working educators.
In celebration of National Supply Teacher Week, Tradewind established special awards to recognise the hard work of supply staff. We visited educators on-the-job to present rewards and highlight the hard work that they do. Our partner-schools also nominated their favourite teachers for ‘School’s Choice’ awards so that educators who put in the hard graft received the recognition they deserve. Awards and prizes are all well and good, but at Tradewind we enjoy a bit of a party as much as anyone and so all of our offices hosted get-togethers to celebrate our educators and thank them for their tireless efforts.
Birmingham celebrated with a teacher get together on the Thursday and the Manchester & London offices marked the occasion on Friday night. Across all three offices, over 15 teachers have been recognised with Awards and prizes to recognise their excellence as supply teachers and to show thanks for the hard work that they do. Awards have included the ‘Schools’ Choice Award’ , which has been well-supported by our partner schools who have happily nominated their favourite supply teachers to receive recognition and awards. Other awards being presented to worthy winners are our ‘Outstanding Service Award’ for those supply teachers who always go the extra mile and also our ‘Consultants’ Choice Award’ through which Tradewind’s different teams have nominated the best of the best to receive awards.
