anzuk* Teachers are happy and excited to pledge their support to National Supply Teacher week this year. anzuk* are proud to have recently celebrated 10 years of Education Recruitment excellence in both the UK and Australia. We are delighted to work with a large number of UK schools and some of the best in the country from our office hub in London. Working with our partner schools to provide high quality and dedicated Supply Teachers for both Primary and Secondary schools we understand the importance of a quality supply teacher and how this plays a pivotal role for schools daily operation and students education.
anzuk* are proud to work with a range of Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, UK and Irish trained teachers. This variety means we respect and value the difference each teacher brings. We work hard to establish special relationships with all our teachers in order to provide one of a kind service, tailored to both schools and teachers alike.
As an international brand, anzuk* are proud to offer Supply Teachers a 360o service which involves helping them with their transition into teaching in the UK or Australia from around the world.
For National Supply Teacher week, anzuk* are pledging their support by offering professional development for Teachers, Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisors throughout 2015. These training sessions will include:
· Teaching in the UK ‘Bridging the Gap’ – a monthly introduction session for all teachers who have recently arrived on English soil. These sessions will be run by a Head Teacher and will provide Supply Teachers who are new to the UK a tailored session on what to expect teaching in the UK for the first time
· Cover Supervisor Training – this session will be provided once every half term and will allow Teaching Assistants a tailored information and training session on upskilling from Teaching Assistants to Cover Supervising and what to expect
· Behaviour Management Training Session (Primary and Secondary)– This will be an optional training session for all our teachers to attend a structured and personal behaviour management training session allowing them to upskill in their current role
· Regular social events to allow for anzuk* supply teachers, long term teachers and support staff teachers to socialise with each other and the anzuk* team
